Indoor Air Quality Testing
7 million deaths per year are linked to indoor and outdoor air pollution. (World Health Organization, 2014)
Mold may be hard to find – but it can have a deadly impact on your health!

What We Test
We will inspect for and pinpoint underlying causes for mold growth, like water leaks or intrusion, poor ventilation, high humidity, and unusual conditions that could contribute to microbial growth.
We can collect surface or air samples for analysis at an independent certified laboratory if necessary at the time of inspection.
Why
- To provide baseline for post - remediation testing
- To uncover hidden issues with indoor air quality
- To clarify the scope of work necessary for remediation
- To gain information about when moisture intrusion occurred
- To get peace of mind
When to test
- If you see mold and want to know if it is toxic
- If you are experiencing health complications
- When purchasing or selling
- If a distinct odor is present in your home or workplace
- If you had a recent or known water damage incident
